For those of you who know me well, you’ll know that I am a big advocate for feeding our pets a natural raw diet.  I even established a raw feeding boarding kennel near Bendigo, specifically so that when people go on holiday they can leave their dogs (and cats) with us.

This translates to: raw meaty bones, plus a little offal, every day, or slight variation thereof.

This means our dogs never eat: biscuits (kibble), canned food, toast, rice, any grains, fruit, or veggies.

Feeding a Portuguese Water Dog a raw diet is just so easy.

For example: take one quarter raw whole chicken (from the meat section in the supermarket), give to dog.

Because eating a natural unprocessed diet specifically for what a carnivore should eat, provides an excellent for the health of your dog, we require all our dogs to be fed a natural diet for their entire life.
